Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and FRF Tech ("we", "us") for your use of the TutorDiary app and website. By installing or using TutorDiary you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it. Apple App Store and Google Play terms also apply to your download.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you use the app for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TutorDiary on your own devices for managing your tutoring. All rights in the app, its name, logo and content remain with us and our licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except as the law allows.
Your data and responsibilities
Your data is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter, including having any consent needed to record information about students, parents and guardians, and for complying with the tax, accounting, consumer and privacy laws that apply to your tutoring business.
Backups
You are responsible for creating and keeping your own backups. We cannot access or recover data lost through device loss, uninstalling, a failed restore or a corrupted file.
Not professional advice
Balances, session passes, billing, expenses and analytics are tools to help you keep records. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should verify figures before relying on them. Reminders and notifications depend on your device and operating system and may be delayed or not delivered.
Acceptable use
Do not use TutorDiary unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to store content you have no right to hold, or to interfere with, disable or misuse the app or this website.
Third-party services
The app may work with services such as your device's sharing, notifications or cloud storage. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Availability and changes
The app is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the app at any time, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. We will note material changes in the app or on this website.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorDiary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP].
